CrossFit
The main program of our gym. The training aims at the development of all physical skills through functional exercises, performed at intensity relevant to each trainee.

Foundation
Introductory class where we learn basic movements and exercises. The class takes place in groups of 1-5 people by appointment and lasts 45 '. More information about the Foundation class and the introduction to CrossFit can be found on our page in First steps.
Open Gym
Trainees can come to work out on their own, respecting the classes that may be running at the time, the equipment and the general operation of the gym.
All Open Gym classes last 1 hour and 30 minutes except the 21:00 class which lasts 1 hour and 15 minutes.
HYROX
A training program that aims to improve endurance through simple technical exercises that we have experienced in CrossFit.
