CrossFit
The main program of our gym. The training aims at the development of all physical skills through functional exercises, performed at intensity relevant to each trainee.

Foundation
Class for those who haven't done CrossFit before. More information about the Foundation class and the introduction to CrossFit can be found on our page in First steps.
Open Gym
Trainees can come to work out on their own.
Open gym hours are 07:30 to 22:15 and Saturday from 10:00 to 13:00.
HYROX
A training program that aims to improve endurance through simple technical exercises that we have experienced in CrossFit.

Olympic Weightlifting
Class with an emphasis on improving the Olympic Weightlifting which is part of CrossFit.
These classes are taking place 2-3 Saturday afternoons during the month, which are announced at the beginning of each month and last one and half hour.
CrossFit Kids
CrossFit for kids 4-9 years old.
