HYROX
The new fitness program from Germany that has made waves in Europe and America!
A training program that aims to improve endurance ,muscular and cardiorespiratory, through long work-outs with simple functional exercises that we have experienced in CrossFit. Exercises such as running, rowing, ski erg, burpees, sled pull and push, farmer's curry, lunges and others. Inspired by the HYROX event, this program is now part of our gym.

Olympic Weightlifting
Class with an emphasis on improving the Olympic Weightlifting which is part of CrossFit.
The class is up to 10 persons per and lasts 1 hour and 30 minutes.
CrossFit Adaptive
We strongly believe that exercise should be an integral part of all people. We apply the CrossFit method to people with special needs. Our goal is the gradual and smooth integration of the person with special needs into the CrossFit section, where can workt out together with the other trainees of the gym.
CrossFit Kids
The CrossFit Kids program at our gym helps children aged 4-9 develop physical skills, confidence, and healthy habits through fun and safe activities. The exercises are tailored to the children's age and abilities, focusing on improving endurance, strength, and flexibility, while also enhancing teamwork and cooperation. With guidance from specially trained coaches, children grow both physically and mentally in a positive and safe environment.

Open Gym
The gym and its equipment, at your disposal to train with your own program.
Subscriptions
- All payments are made at the beginning of the subscription
- In all subscriptions you can do as many training sessions as you want per week, but one per day.
- The payment for the 6 months is made in two monthly installments
- The 5 training sessions last 1 month. After the month the remaining trainings are expired.
- For the Family programs the members of the family-3 or more-,have to register at the same time ,for the same subscription.
- In case of emergency measures (eg lockdown) all subscriptions are paused and transferred upon opening
