THE DEFINITION OF CROSSFIT

What is CrossFit?

CrossFit is a versatile training method that combines functional movements, intensity, and proper nutrition, aiming for overall physical fitness improvement — suitable for every age and level.

CrossFit is a way of life characterized by safe, effective exercise and proper nutrition. CrossFit can be used to achieve any goal, from improving health to losing weight and enhancing performance. The program works for everyone — from beginners to experienced athletes. The “magic” lies in the movement. CrossFit workouts are different every day and can be modified to help each trainee reach their goals. They can also be adapted for people of any age and physical condition. CrossFit uses safe, effective, and efficient movements similar to those we use in our everyday life. In CrossFit training, intensity levels are adjusted to challenge the individual and safely improve their physical condition.

Who is it for? Everyone!

The fitness needs of an elderly person, a child, and a professional athlete differ in degree, not in kind. In practice, this means a beginner will do the same workout as an advanced athlete, but with the intensity, loads, repetitions, time, and difficulty of the exercise scaled accordingly.
