What is Strength 101?
It is a program based on fundamental strength exercises, such as:

- Deadlift
- Bench Press
- Overhead Press
- Pull-ups & Row Variations
- Functional Carries
- Core Strength Work
They are performed with progression, attention to detail, and technical guidance, aiming to develop real strength that transfers to every other form of exercise — whether CrossFit, sports, or the demands of daily life.
