Your first steps in CrossFit

Learn what to expect in your first training session, how our program works, and how you'll start safely and confidently — regardless of your level.

Introductory Meeting

Our first meeting is an introductory session designed for us to get to know each other.

We want to learn about your goals, your lifestyle, your previous experience with fitness, and any injuries or health conditions that we should be aware of.

During this meeting, we will introduce you to CrossFit and the other services offered at our gym. We will give you a tour of our facility, explain how our classes work, and answer any questions you may have.

Introductory Meeting Hours

  • Monday – Friday: 07:30 – 22:00
  • Saturday: 10:00 – 13:00

The introductory meeting is completely free of charge.

First Workout – Foundation

After your introductory meeting—or even on the same day (provided you have booked an appointment)—you can attend your first workout during one of our Foundation classes, available on our schedule.

The purpose of this session is to give you a firsthand experience of what a CrossFit class is like.

If you have previously trained at an official CrossFit Affiliate, you may join a regular CrossFit class for your first workout instead.

First Workout Fee: €15
(This amount will be deducted from your membership fee if you decide to join us.)

Workout Duration: 60 minutes

Foundation / CrossFit

If you decide to join us and you have no previous CrossFit experience, you will begin with four Foundation sessions.

The purpose of these sessions is to teach you the fundamental movements used in CrossFit, such as squats, deadlifts, presses, and many others, while ensuring they are performed safely and correctly.

You will learn proper movement mechanics to minimize the risk of injury and build the foundation (MECHANICS) required before progressing to more advanced exercises.

Foundation Class Duration: 60 minutes

CrossFit Classes

Once you have completed the Foundation sessions, you can join our regular CrossFit classes by booking your spot through our online platform.

You will follow the same daily workout as the rest of the class, while our coaches will adapt (scale) the exercises and loads to match your current fitness level and abilities.

This is the gym’s main training program and the one you will continue attending after your first month.

The goal of the program is the continuous improvement of all aspects of fitness by following the CrossFit methodology based on the three pillars:

MECHANICS – CONSISTENCY – INTENSITY

combined with appropriate Scaling whenever necessary.

Throughout your training, we focus on:

  • MECHANICS – Learning and maintaining proper movement technique.
  • CONSISTENCY – Performing every repetition with the same correct technique, even under fatigue.
  • INTENSITY – Learning how to progressively increase training intensity while maintaining proper movement quality and technique.

CrossFit Class Duration: 60 minutes
