The Olympic Weightlifting department is our specialized gym program, designed for those who want to improve technically and dynamically the lifts that are an integral part of CrossFit training: the Snatch and the Clean & Jerk.
The training focuses on correct technique, gradual progress, and gaining strength and speed, so that athletes perform lifts safely, effectively, and confidently.
What it includes:
- Analysis and practice of technique in Snatch, Clean, and Jerk
- Training blocks aimed at improving mobility, stability, and strength
- Use of progressions, drills, and accessory work to reinforce the critical phases of each lift
- Frequent guidance and correction of technical errors by specialized coaches
Department Structure:
- Small group of up to 10 people, for personalized attention and safety
- Training duration: 90 minutes
- Suitable for all levels – whether you are taking your first steps in lifting or want to perfect your technique
