CrossFit Kids
Our new CrossFit Kids service offers children the opportunity to develop physical skills, build self-confidence, and adopt a healthy lifestyle from an early age.

Through fun and safe activities, children learn basic exercise movements, such as jumping, running, and strengthening exercises, adapted to their age and abilities.
Our goal is to develop children's physical fitness, improving their endurance, strength, and flexibility, while also promoting cooperation and teamwork. Within an encouraging environment, children will learn to set goals and push their limits, while the exercise process becomes a fun experience.
With specially trained CrossFit Kids coaches, we ensure that every child will develop physically and mentally, acquiring healthy habits for life.
Age Groups: The program is for children aged 4-9 years, offering adapted training for each developmental level.
