Gym Terms of Use

Smoking – Prohibited in all areas, inside and outside the gym.

Illegal substances – Strictly prohibited to use and distribute them inside and outside the gym.

Children – Their presence is allowed in the area during the guardian's workout, with the guardian responsible for their safety. In case of injury, the gym bears no responsibility.

Drop-in – Trainees coming to our gym for the first time for a single workout (drop-in) must complete the PARQ health questionnaire.

Waiver – For registration at our gym, prospective members must complete and sign the gym's liability waiver form.

For minor registration – The physical presence and consent of the guardian are mandatory.

Medical Certificate – Every member is obliged, within one month from the date of registration, to provide a Medical Certificate from a cardiologist or pathologist, certifying that they are completely healthy and permitted to engage in physical exercise. This certificate is renewed every 12 months. In case of non-submission of the certificate, the gym has the right to deny entry to the member until it is provided.

Spot Reservation – Every gym member must make a reservation through our booking platform to attend the gym's programs, both for classes and for OPEN GYM. In case of no reservation, there is a possibility they may not be able to participate in the class, if space and the number of trainees do not allow it.

Storage of items – The use of locker room lockers and shelves located at the entrance is allowed only during members' stay at the gym. The gym is not responsible for any loss of items.

Attire-towel – Members must use appropriate attire for exercise, a towel when coming into contact with mats and cushions, as well as athletic shoes during their workout, change their attire if they sweat, and take care of their body hygiene.

Behavior – You are obliged to behave courteously, both towards the gym staff and towards your fellow trainees. During the workout, you should not disturb your class or classes working in parallel by making noise with other trainees.

Equipment arrangement – Members must return the equipment they have used during their workout, after the end of the WOD by the entire class, to its original position, unless otherwise requested by the coaches.

Social Media – The business reserves the right to video record footage within the premises and also to take photographs, for the purpose of promoting itself on social media. If you do not wish to appear, please inform the reception.

Music – The music broadcast in the gym is at the discretion of the gym's management only.

Reduced hours – The business reserves the right to reduce operating hours, as well as group programs, during festive periods and throughout the summer months.
