Your first steps in CrossFit

Learn what to expect in your first training session, how our program works, and how you'll start safely and confidently — regardless of your level.

Introduction Meeting

Our first meeting is an introduction. We want to get to know you and for you to get to know us. We want to learn your goals, for you to tell us about your lifestyle, your relationship with exercise, and any injury or health issues you might have.

We'll inform you about CrossFit and our gym's other services. We'll show you around our space, explain how classes work, and answer any questions you have.

Hours for information meetings at our location:

  • Daily: 07:30 – 22:00
  • Saturday: 10:00 – 13:00

*There is no cost for the introduction meeting.

First Workout - Foundation

After the introduction meeting, or even on the same day (if you've scheduled an appointment), you can do your first free trial workout during the Foundation hours you'll find in our schedule. The purpose of this workout is for you to see firsthand what a CrossFit class is like. This class takes place either within small CrossFit sections (morning Foundation), or in a 1-5 person purely Foundation section (afternoon Foundation).

If you've done CrossFit before at a CrossFit Affiliate Box, then you can do your first workout during a CrossFit hour.

For the first workout, if you haven't done CrossFit before, there is no cost. Workout duration: 60'

If you have done CrossFit before, the cost of the first workout is 15€. (This amount is offset against the subscription you'll make if you continue with us). Workout duration: 60'

Foundation / CrossFit

If you decide to start with us and haven't done CrossFit before, you begin by first doing the four Foundation workouts. These four workouts (or more if needed) take place either within small CrossFit sections (morning Foundation), or in a 1-5 person purely Foundation section (afternoon Foundation).

Foundation workout duration: 60'

The purpose of these workouts is to learn and safely perform basic exercises we use in CrossFit, such as Squats, Deadlifts, Presses, and many others. You'll understand how exercises should be done to avoid injuries and to build the foundation (MECHANICS) for more complex exercises you'll learn later.

CrossFit Class

After you complete the Foundation workouts, you then continue in the CrossFit class where you can come at whatever time suits you according to the schedule, after booking through our platform. There you do the same program as the rest of the class, but with the help of the coaches, we scale the exercises, tailoring the program to your needs.

This is the main section of the gym, where you continue your workouts even after the first month. The purpose of this section is the continuous improvement of all levels of physical fitness, through the triptych MECHANICS-CONSISTENCY-INTENSITY and through the application of Scaling whenever necessary.

  • We continue to focus on the correct execution of exercises (MECHANICS).
  • We gain consistency. That means being able to perform all repetitions of each exercise in the same correct way even if we're tired. (CONSISTENCY)
  • We learn to put intensity into our training and also how to manage it in relation to our technique. (INTENSITY)
