Foundation

Introductory class where we learn basic CrossFit movements. This class is 1-5 persons coaching with a 45’ duration. You have to book a class before coming.

CrossFit

The main class of our gym. A class where we continue to build on the fundamental principles of CrossFit, using the appropriate intensity and applying appropriate scaling to each trainee.

The purpose of the class is to develop a balanced fitness and improve health.

CrossFit
CrossFit Kids

The CrossFit method for children 5-10 years. Our gym and our coaches are certified by CrossFit for teaching the CrossFit method to children.

Endurance

Improve your running. We teach you the right way to run as well as improving your ability to run faster and longer.

Mobility

Improve your flexibility, range of motion and mobility. We learn to have proper posture, which helps us to perform the exercises properly, and stay away from injuries.

Open-Gym

A time where trainees can come to work out on their own, always respecting the classes that may running at that time, the equipment and the general rules of the gym.


All Open Gym classes last one and a half hour with the only exception of the 21:00 class which lasts 1 hour and 15 minutes.

Specialty Workshops

After an announcement, some days of the week (Saturday or Sunday) afternoon workshops are held on the following specialties:

  • Gymnastics

    A workshop that emphasizes on gymnastics and bodyweight movements as well as learning basic and more complex movements.

  • Olympic Weightlifting

    A workshop that emphasizes on Olympic weight lifting.

  • Powerlift/Strongman

    Strength improving work shop.
